Veltech Engineering Works, a small-scale industry initiated by S. Suresh Kumar (Managing Partner) successfully marching towards from the day of its launch on 22nd of November, 2002. Professional commitment and loyalty to customers had made us come all this way through, which would be religiously adhered throughout days to come.
We are an International Organization for Standardization (ISO: 9001-2008) accredited company. Our work force consists of highly qualified personnel who are well versed in the state of art of Precision Intricate CNC Turning and milling components, pay attention to detail. We have employed well-experienced technical and professional personnel to produce high quality product and also to look after the daily operations of the unit.
Our plant is equipped with the latest technology brings out precision-machined components of different shapes and sizes and choice of the material is carefully worked out as per the needs of the customers. The experience and technical capability to process any kind of engineering or machined components has been the hallmark of our success. We at Veltech Engineering Works try to catch to the needs and demands of our customers.
We also offer integrated tool room facilities and production floor also an independent design and development department. We ensure there are no downtime, no rejections and compliance in terms of delivery. Products are of highest precision offered at accurately calculated costs and with prompt delivery. We are sourcing materials from the various Giants in the same fields. Stores UnitThis is the department where all materials are stores for be that – Tools / Semi finished goods / Raw material, etc… Stores also play a very important role in Quality. Goods are to be packed and kept safely, all tools and materials to be labeled properly so that they could be retrieved in timely manner to adhere to delivery timelines of production.
Provided is the sample where the goods are neatly packed in polyethylene covers, stacked in Trays and labeled for easy identification.
Packing & Forwarding Department forms a part of the stores as this department takes care of the packing and delivery of finished components to customers or clients.
Design And Development Unit
Design & Development Unit is also one of the most important departments for any organization. The importance of good design cannot be underestimated, good design should always reflect a brand, its values, and convey information clearly and effectively. First impressions help to form opinions about companies and individuals, so we make sure first impression is a good one. It is also very obvious that Good designs would always have good development, which is a key factor in producing quality products. Taking the time to create well designed material will leave the impression that you put the same effort into making your business successful.
IT Services & Technology Support
Information Technology services (in general – electronic data processing units or computers) have become the need to run any business. IT Services integrate different departments with in an organization for a smooth functioning. Computers are been used for – Accounts and Administration / Production Planning and Controls / Stores / Design and Development.
At Veltech we have “ERP” solutions in place for all departments. Computers in Accounts / Stores / Design department are connected with File Servers and Applications to share specific details as nodes. Advanced software and technology is available to meet our client requirements.
All Computers and Electronic devices (such as – Card readers, Fax machine, Intercom…) are provided with Uninterrupted Power Supply to support backup up to 30mins. AMC and On-Call support is readily available to meet any sudden fluctuation in technology immediately.
All computers are networked with each other using the latest Ethernet and Switch system. Broadband Internet connection is available to meet all electronic communication with all our clients and customers seamlessly. Wi-Fi access is available “On need basis only” to our clients and customers, who visit our premises for any discussion or regular meetings. |

Transportation FleetIt is also important that
Goods and Materials have to be moved from place to place in proper
and timely manner.
We at “Veltech”
manage the transportation using a Fleet of Vehicles to ensure that
delivery is made right on time as per the requirements of the client
and customers.

Electricity is considered
the “Backbone of Industries” which cannot be replaced by any
other alternative however to have a seamless operation alternative
plans have to be in place other than the primary supply.
Redundant power

backup Power Generator is also installed to handle any critical
disaster situations.
